CARTA BLANCA MENU 

A blank-slate menu, designed for those who truly enjoy the full experience of gastronomy.
 
We start with the Teresa Menu and add unique creations and courses, always following the rhythm of the season and what the local market offers that day.
 
It does not have a fixed price, as it depends on the ingredients available that day and the number of courses included, but it will always range between €80 and €150 per person.

Due to its nature, we recommend it for those who are already familiar with Mare Restaurant, and for those who come with an open mind (and palate), free of restrictions or limitations.
